Problem in Exporting to Excel

One of our user got Insufficient Permissions error when exporting data of any entity to excel by enabling Re-Import check box.

When we checked, Export to Excel privilege is set to organization level for given role.

Resolution:
For the given role Read privilege for Application File is set to None. When we give full access on Application File it got worked.

Application File is mentioned as For Internal Use in SDK.
